You see, we haven't really invented anything new. Our food is old school cooking – lots of fresh produce, hard work and time. That’s it.
Of course our food tastes great, is full of zesty flavour, and is simple. We use chicken breast and lean beef, and our great-tasting, fresh tortilla chips are made daily in cholesterol-free cooking oil. Our meats, fresh salsas, and spicy vegetables combine to make our food something special.
We prepare everything fresh each day. We spend the entire day getting everything just right, so that your food will be delivered to you in minutes.
We cook everything ourselves, nothing comes from a tin, and we do not add extra man-made flavouring or preservatives. Fresh, well-prepared food doesn’t need that stuff.
Our cooks prepare your food to your specific requirements. If you want us to add an ingredient or leave something out – just ask. Then we deliver your freshly prepared food to your door.
We have concentrated our menu on a few simple items such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tostada salads, taquitos and, of course, our fresh salsa and guacamole. No supermarket imitations, here!
Our fresh salsas are the heart and soul of our kitchens. We prepare three salsas daily. You can choose from the following:
Pico de Gallo – with its chunks of tomato and onion, this is probably Mexico’s best known salsa. Pico de Gallo can give almost any dish a fresh shot of flavour.
Salsa Mexicali – this earthy, brown salsa is fragrant with heat and flavour from smoked chillies.
Calexico Salsa – if you love a tomato salsa, but find those bottled varieties too bland, try this salsa for its zesty flavour.
Over the years, our loyal customers have provided us with great feedback, which has helped us to continually improve.
